<< Back to News Listings Saturday, December 13th On December 13, break your routine and do something different, show your holiday spirit at the 2nd Annual Baldwin Park Festival of Lights.  The celebration begins with the Festival of Lights Parade, featuring holiday floats, dance ensembles and a special tribute to honor and support our troops for the holidays.
