<< Back to News Listings More than $101 million in Baldwin Park homes sales were recorded in 2008, representing 150 new home closings and 82 resales.  The average sales price was $439,162, an amount 73% higher than the average in the metro Orlando market, according to the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.  An additional 74 sales, including new homes under construction, were pending on December 31st.
