<< Back to News Listings BALDWIN PARK MAKES “100 BEST” LIST   ORLANDO, FL, June 16, 2009  -  In its July/August issue, Where to Retire magazine has designated Baldwin Park as one of America’s 100 Best Master-Planned Communities. During a nine-month selection process that included resident interviews, the magazine’s editors reviewed several hundred communities in search of the 100 that offered retirees the best well-rounded lifestyle options.   Keith and Liz Anderson, 55 and 61 respectively, were considering moving from Michigan to the Orlando area for their retirement when a seatmate on a plane told Liz about Baldwin Park. In 2004 they purchased a home in the community.  Since then they have begun working part time at a nearby botanical garden and have acquired two dogs.  They like the all-ages aspect of Baldwin Park, and Liz says, “The lifestyle is exactly what we wanted.” << Back to News Listings     Back to Top
